SWIMMING
| The swimming group meet on Mondays at 11:30 in the Formby Pool and then meet in the cafe for a snack and a chat after our swim. We swim lengths (and chat) and are usually in the cafe at 13:15. Parking is free for swimmers but you need to give your car registration number in at reception as you pay for your swim. Be fitter and feel better with new friends at the swimming group. |
