MONDAY CYCLING GROUP
| This group is for returning cyclists who would like to get back into the saddle. Weather permitting, we meet every Monday morning at 09:45am outside the Doves Nest at Formby Station moving off by 10.00 am this is in order to catch the train Liverpool bound by 9.58am if required. Rides are taken at the ability of the slowest rider's pace, where possible a coffee stop is always included in the ride - we have 2 ride categories A & B - A) Group will be 15 plus miles, B) Group will be 8 -14 miles |
